  1. Dear Leslie,
Letting your tears fall instead of hoarding them is such a loving intention! I agree with you that our feelings are meant to be expressed. Feeling feelings can be scary to a lot of people. I am so proud of you for sharing your willingness to feel the emotions that bring those tears.
Continued blessings to you on your Self-Love Journey,
    Michelle

We know how to love others but ourselves, when i started the self love journey there has been a lot of tears, but wonderfully relieving. I am so grateful for the lessons of self love, now i know self love is the only solution thereof. Love yourself every day, love your body, your situation, your flaws, your mistakes, and everything about you. Let you be the best thing that has ever happened to you. Let this be your lifetime commitment to yourself.
    God bless,

    • What a beautiful comment Aishe. 🙂 Thank you. I needed to hear that. I had some unexpected anxiety pop up today, and it was unpleasant, but it’s an opportunity for me to work on loving all of me, as well as self-soothing and reflection.
