Take Care of Myself

I am committed to learn to love and care for myself. After always being the caregiver, it is my turn. And I needed to realize I cannot expect someone else to do it for me.

I treated myself to a special 2 hour yoga class – yay for me!

And thank you for this ‘challenge’!

    I am so glad you took the challenge to increase your self-care. I say “Yay for you!!” Yoga is one of those things that the body loves!! I”m thinking of you, and hoping to hear from you again.
