Today, I love myself for my writing. And for my painting. My words and images may not be world-shaking for other people, but they help me navigate my mind and heart and soul. I not only love myself for making end results that are generally pleasing to myself, but for my perseverance in working through my issues and thoughts and for having the courage to share those thoughts or images (much of the time) with others. I find myself to be brave for doing this sometimes and I love myself for it.
