Dear LW Community,
It is day 21 of the self-love challenge and today I focused on breathing in grace and acceptance to myself and letting go of physical pain and hardship. My intention was to focus my thoughts on gratitude and when anything else came up to accept it, acknowledge and re-focus. This helped me throughout my day and through the myriad of emotions I had. For my 29th birthday on Friday I will act in self-love by writing about 29 things I am grateful for, 29 things I forgive and 29 things I desire to do. I think this will be a great way to bring in this new year of my life. I am grateful for those healers in my life, teachers and those lives I connect with.
Love and light.
