Today I took time to look within and was reminded of the growth I have made. I would have never thought five years ago that I would be recovered from my eating disorder-nor would I think I would be going through something even more difficult. Self-love keeps me aware that I have strength and my strength comes from my vulnerability, truth seeking, love for others and passion to help heal myself and extend this to others. Self-love acknowledges my pain, suffering and at the same time walks in the light of gratitude and love.
Blessing and love,
