Self-Love Diet Tip #16: Keep It Simple

No matter how positive Self-Love is, change can be overwhelming. I invite you to keep it simple. We are on day 16 of our 31-Day Self-Love Diet Writing Challenge. If you’ve been reading the posts you will have received lots of tips and read the experiences of many people on this journey.

This Self-Love Diet Writing Challenge has the potential to be the catalyst for a brand new, over-the-top awesome life. It can also be overwhelming if you feel like you “have to” try each suggestion or write every day.

Self-Love Diet Tip #16: Keep It Simple

There will be certain Self-Love Diet actions that speak to you more than others. Practice those.

The Self-Love Diet practices that I am using the most right now are:

  • Gratitude
  • Looking into my eyes and telling myself that I love myself
  • Giving myself compliments
  • Listening to my body
  • Meditation

As you continue on your Self-Love Diet Writing Challenge you will find there are  activities that are easier to put into place than others. I encourage you to keep it simple, and do whatever the most loving thing for you is. You have a life time to work on increasing your Self-Love. Be gentle with yourself. You don’t need to do it all at once.
