The Self-Love Diet Tip #14 is an important reminder. By choosing to read inspirational writings we can choose how we feel, what we think and we are guided into positive action.

If I read the news about the latest murder, this doom and gloom news invites this dark energy into my consciousness and my spirit. I can always choose to channel this energy into my prayers and send out love, however I can choose something that works even better for me.

I choose to read inspirational writings. This is a loving way for me to start my day. I want to thank you all who have been writing during this 31 day Self-Love Diet Writing Challenge. Each morning and evening when I read your posts, I am inspired by your progress. I read how you are more conscious and making more loving choices than before. I feel inspired by your journeys and am grateful for important reminders that I take and incorporate into my daily Self-Love Diet practices.

I hope you’ve been reading other people’s posts and have been inspired to continue your journey. Reading inspiring writings is a great Self-Love Tool that I hope you’ll continue past this writing challenge.
