Here’s The Thing

Self Love, before I get involved in this full force I have to admit some things. I don’t have internet. I don’t have TV. My of posts may be sketchy, I may not make it everyday. I am going to try. I have to admit something else, I don’t do self well.

Self love, self respect, self worth. They all start with self, because you can only find it within yourself. I’m extremely guilty of getting myself stuck in situations that don’t better me as a person. We all tend to do it. You get stuck in this rut of life where you don’t value yourself enough to see your self worth. You seek love in places that aren’t viable options. You seek comfort from those who aren’t there for you. Excuse me, I mean me, there I go again. I’m super guilty of it. I don’t practice enough self love.

Forgive yourself for thinking so little about you. Move forward, love yourself, be aware of your worth. Love yourself enough to walk away from things that don’t promote “self.” You are beautiful, embrace it. Remember that your dragons are yours, only you can experience them, only you can tame them, and only you can heal them.

Here’s the thing, I don’t know if I am doing this right. It’s hard to even say what “right” is. I do know that reflecting about myself the last two nights has seemed healthy. So I will just keep going from here.
