Inspire

1. Fill (someone) with the urge or ability to do or feel something, esp. to do something creative.

How can you fill yourself with the urge or ability to love yourself to your fullest potential? How can you go beyond thinking loving thoughts to the ability to feel love for yourself and your body?

2. Breathe in (air); inhale.
inspirer noun

How can you expand the definition of breathing in air to inhaling loving thoughts, dreams and emotions? What would happen if you inhale visions of where you want to be emotionally, spiritually, physically and in a relationship with yourself and others?

Let’s find out by focusing on inspiration during this month of November. This month’s prompt is to find inspiring messages, quotes and/or images that you will share on our Facebook page. For each image or quote you post, your name will be put into a box for our random drawing for an autographed book, Self-Love Diet: The Only Diet That Works. Also, each time you comment on other people’s posts, I will put your name in the box.

Go to the Love Warrior Community and look through the LWC Quote Image Gallery to choose an image that inspires you. It can be your quote for the day or for the week, perhaps even for the month. To share the images, you can find each image individually by clicking on Positive Images, instead of the LWC Quote Image Gallery.

Take a deep breath and let’s get inspired!

Blessings on your Self-Love Diet journey,
