Just a few minutes


I have just a few minutes before I need to leave for work this morning. I want to share  my morning with you so far:

I meditated to my body-love visualization recording, stretched, had breakfast and read from some spiritual magazines. I’ve posted on the Self-Love Diet Face Book Page, and read two new posts from Hannah, our new Love Warrior Intern. It’s been a good start to this day. As I was getting ready to leave for work I heard a clear message in my mind and found myself repeating the message in my mind. Then I spoke the words out loud so I would remember, and I’m taking these few minutes to share the message I received with you:

“My job is to live my message of the Self-Love Diet and to spread the message.  What people do when they hear the Self-Love Diet message is up to them.”

I know I will write more about this later, but for now, I’m off to enjoy my day.
