My Worst Judge

I know I’m new at this so I don’t know if I’m doing it right, but I am learning today that I am my worst judge. I am working really hard to be able to look in the mirror without seeing all the imperfections. I got really good at telling others not to worry about what people say about them, but I have never been good at listening to that same advice myself. I know I should, and I know it would make things easier for me. SO that is my goal for this month, to no longer tear myself apart.

One Response to My Worst Judge

  1. Amy,
I want to share two things with you when you’re setting goals.
One:Replace your focus of what you don’t want with what you do want.
Two: Break it down into bite size pieces.
Example: “Instead of tearing myself apart, I am going to find one positive thing about myself and I will say it out loud at least once each day.”
Blessings to you Amy on your self-love journey.
