This post was inspired by what seems to be my constant struggle with focus and by my friend, Tara Brown, and her bucket list affirmations.
Her first bucket list affirmation:
Stop identifying with things that hold me back. [Stop considering myself a disorganized, unmotivated, unfocused, antisocial, procrastinator and start considering myself someone who is organized, productive, involved, social and motivated.]
I am organized, motivated, focused, productive, efficient, involved, outgoing and bright.
I can cultivate and target my focus. I can focus. I can focus. I can focus. I can put my focus on whatever I choose. I can cultivate focus.
