My self-love post for today is simple and sweet.
Throughout today I have felt anxious, as well as an inner calm and peace. I’m grateful that when I felt my anxiety increasing twice today, that both times I was able to confront it, work through it and release it, and not only that, but I was able to reach a really relaxing place.
Relaxed, happy and tired, I’m going to go to sleep with positive thoughts tonight, and I plan on beginning my day tomorrow with a smile and more positive thoughts. 🙂
