Coming Back to the Light

Dear Love Warrior Community,

Tonight I write about my experience of the past couple days. This is an act of self-love, getting in touch with the artistic part of myself, as well as learning to integrate and love the person I am at any given moment.

Ripples penetrate, scalpel touches skin
Liquid serum drips through my veins
Wanting to be mothered and loved
Crack crack, goes the old woman’s cane
Tap tap tap there is no coming back
What is life without this old wooden track

Wanting to scream, wanting to hide
Watching the ocean leaving and come back to tide
To whom does appear in the face of the light
Women come who know my souls flight
Their life similar from bone to flesh
The melting pot, a bracelet of mesh

I hear without talking
They speak without listening
My heart starts walking
Back to my light

I feel my soul lift
So my heart still drifts
For the illness of men and women surround like dark night
Still I remember to come back to the light

Love and light,
