It’s January 16th. We’re half way through the Self-Love Challenge for January 2013!
Here are my self-love actions for today:
I went to Tai Chi this morning before work.
I got to work early and made the phone calls I needed to make, read over my files and prepared myself for all of my clients, made a cup of tea, and still had time before my first client.
I met with a friend during my lunch hour, and we looked at SoulCollage cards together.
I stuck with the process of figuring out how to use my medisoft program for billing my clients, while staying calm!
I discovered that my publisher uploaded the wrong manuscript, and I did not let it ruin my day, or get me upset. I was able to be gracious, acknowledge that we all make mistakes, and trust that my book will be ready when I need it to be. This ability to let go of things being the way I want them is probably one of the most important self-love skills I have.
Going to bed after this post is another self-love action!
Love to you all on your journey of Self-Love!
