You

Dear LW Community,

Today has been one of those days where I had to power through things to accomplish all that was needed to be completed. Tonight I take some time to self-soothe by taking time to write, relax and have conversations with those that I love. I have found that these things are important to maintain balance, strength and to nourish my body, spirit, mind and soul. Today I write a poem as an act of self-love.

Her mind is a virtue, perfected.
Her body is wisdom, perfected.
Her face is bathed in holy light.
She is compassion itself.

Her mind is a virtue, perfected.
Her heart delights enjoy, I love perfected.
No matter the Evils we face,
No matter what beasts or demons,
No matter what ill fortune or disease,
No matter even if we faced death,
Love public protect us all

Compassion has a glance, with her perfected soul
How love Is infinite,
She is blessed
She shields me from lightning,
She protects my very being
If enemies lie against me,
She raises to join me.
Her compassion is like a cloud around me,
Which rains sweetness and puts out the fires of my sorrow.

She is very powerful
Like thunder on the ocean.
Call to her often, pray to her often,
For she resides within you.

Love and light,

Lindsey
