Dear LW Community,
Tonight I take the time to write about my journey of self-love this weekend. This weekend I have had to work all weekend, which is not my usual. Even though there was a huge part of me that wanted to do something different, I found myself being aware that in each moment I focused on the beauty of what I was actually doing I was able to connect to the beauty of the moment. There is love in every moment and that no matter what one is doing we can look forward to each moment. Each moment is truly what we make of it. I am finding that love is rest. Love is finding balance between the ego and spirit. Love is trusting others and being vulnerable. Vulnerability is strength and strength does not look like what society views as strength. Love is spending time with those I love, if even for 5 minutes over the phone. Beauty and love come from the heart and creating healing and health. I am learning that we ourselves make transformations in our lives. We as individuals are our own best friend or worst enemy. What will you do in this moment? What will you choose to be grateful for and focus your life on? Love? Anxiety? Fear? Each moment you are given the power of new life.
Sending love and light,
