Acceptance

Dear LW Community,

Today I acted in self-love in several ways and would like to share this with you. I can see my progress in my ability to self-love and be in tune with my desires, intuition and needs. I just read Michelle’s last post and I recognized that part of me as she spoke about that as I have struggled with self-love and believed at one time that I did not deserve to live or even breathe the same air as others. Michelle’s last post reminded me that I have come far from the wounded and hurt young child and woman I was. As acts of self-love today, I stood up for myself on some very needed services for my health and challenged a dysfunctional system. I pushed for extra support that a client needed and I also stepped back and took time to be, rather than do this evening, as I know it is what my body and soul needed. I took time to visualize my surgery going well and sent my doctors healing prayers and energy. Today, I too gave myself an hour for lunch and spent time in the sun to take a walk and be in Mother Nature. I was reminded of my healing work and how blessed I am to support those in their journey.

Blessings,

Lindsey
