SELF LOVE IS …

SELF LOVE:

SELF LOVE IS…
Nourishing the body with nutritious food
Giving the body plenty of water
Exercising in a loving and compassionate way
Allowing for rest and relaxation
Listening to one’s hunger and fullness

SELF LOVE IS…
Setting boundaries and following truth
Speaking our truth
Listening with an open heart to ourselves and others
Extending our hand out to hold our own

SELF LOVE IS:
Not make excuses
Accepting ourselves in the moment as we are
Loving ourselves with compassion and empathy
Accepting our shortcomings and loving ourselves the same

SELF LOVE IS:
Acknowledging our feelings and working through them
Self love is asking for what we need
Self love is mothering ourselves and being our own best friend
Looking in the mirror and respecting and honoring what we see

SELF LOVE IS…
Taking time for ourselves
Dancing to the beat of our soul
Knowing we have purpose and value just as we are

Love and light-
Lindsey
