When I get too stuck in my head it can slow me down and bring me down. Today, I thought less and acted more.

I started to build an acting website for my brother.

I started to clean my room.

I jumped into a few different online projects.

Today was different from the past few days because there wasn’t much transition time or thought time between my actions. When something came to mind that I wanted to act on, I did. I work and live best in this mindset.

Living less in my head was my main self-love action today. Also, cleaning my room feels great. 🙂 I love it when my space is clear and organized. And I enjoyed building my brother an acting website. He moved to LA this morning for acting and it felt really good that I could contribute to his goals, passions and dreams.

  1. The words that comes to mind when I think of you are: advocate, supporter, encourager, helper, community builder, creative, inspired, loving. You are a loving sister, and you showed your love to Albert by building him that website. I agree that taking action is very powerful, and motivating. I’m glad you were able to show yourself love by being in your head less and acting more!
