I woke up tired again this morning, and realized that I stayed up later than usual because I was writing my Self-Love Post!
One of my self-love actions for today is to write a quick post here at the office before I go home so I can get to bed early tonight and get back on my work/sleep schedule. I loved my holiday vacation, but it got me off of my sleeping pattern that I know helps me feel fresh and alert in the mornings.
A self-love choice I made this morning was to put my Qigong DVD on and complete my Lift Chi Up, Pour Chi Down practice when I found out my Tai Chi class was not happening this morning. In the past I would have filled up the time in some other way, but my commitment to the Self-Love Movement helped me to choose my Qigong this morning. I’m glad I did, and my daughter joined me, double the Qi this morning. What a good way to start the day!
