On the 20th of this month I offer you the prompt of gratitude for the month of November.
Here is my list for this morning:
I am so grateful that the reason the prompt for November is so late is because I’m getting closer and closer to the publication of my book, Self-Love Diet: The Only Diet That Works. My focus has been diverted to getting the message of self-love out into the world. I am grateful for this passion and purpose in my life.
I am grateful that one of my daughters will be getting married next month. She has found the love of her life, an intelligent, handsome, gentle and loving man whose eyes light up when he looks at her.
I am grateful for all of my children and count my blessings that they are all healthy and pursuing their bliss.
I am grateful for the life of my granddaughter. She brings so much joy to my heart that there are times I can barely contain it. I am also grateful for the miracle of another grandchild on the way.
I am grateful for my husband who is ever steady, supportive, fun and loves me so fully.
I took my time this morning while going for a walk to breathe in the scent of fresh air that comes after the rain. My liquid amber trees greeted me as I walked out the front door, and birds serenaded me with their morning songs. The cool drizzle was refreshing and reminded me that every season has its individual gifts.
We all have our individual gifts. I hope you know what yours are and are grateful for them. If you’re not sure, I invite you to begin the quest of finding out just how unique and loveable you are, just as you are in this moment.
