(This post was submitted on June 21st. :))

My self-love action for today is to slow down my process and be with the beautiful creatures that walk upon this earth, in physical and spiritual form. Happy birthday to one of the most amazing women I know. Michelle, you contribute and exude great depth, love, energy and light to this world, in your work as a professional, healer, friend and mother. May this day be filled with love for you and the celebration of your life and the life that lives within us all. I want to share with you a quote that was on a graduation card someone special gave me a few years back…it said, “The world is full of people who will go their whole lives and not actually live one day. She did not intend on being one of then. When faith in myself was so strong that I believed I could move mountains. Thank you for people one of those souls who truly lives their life.”

Love and light!

And happy bday Ronnie the Love Warrior tomorrow!
