Dear Love Warriors,
Today is my last 10 minutes to Self Love Post for January. I hope you’ll add a post today, and/or spend some time reading all the posts that were written for this month.
This month’s focus on spending only 10 minutes on a post has helped me break down other areas of my life into smaller bits which has made it easier for me to bring in those things in my life that bring me love.
Successes: I’ve committed to a minimum of 1 minute of Qi Gong each morning, and I’m noticing that it’s grown into more time as well as my core strengthening exercises.
I’m consistently stretching my feet before I get out of bed to prevent plantar fasciitis.
I’m bringing my blessings to mind and living in gratitude more these days.
I’ve started walking more than before.
I’ve spent more mornings looking into the mirror and telling myself that I love myself, and my value comes from within, not from what I do, or how I look.
I’ve written a number of 10-minute Self-Love posts, and have benefited from reading yours on Facebook and on the Self-Love Warrior Group Blog.
We got our first website submission for a song that was added this week.
We now have a Love Warrior Community Self-Love Journal available in our store!
Work in progress: I’ve begun the process of finding book agents to send my proposal to, but did not send my book proposal out before the end of this month. I will be gentle with myself, and lovingly tell myself that I will fulfill this commitment to myself after the EDRS conference.
I still need to walk ½ hour every day, and I want to bring in more focus on stretching and exercising my body.
February First starts our daily blogs challenge of writing on the prompt of “What would Love Do?”
With Valentine’s Day as a focal point of this month let’s expand our perspective of love. Include yourself, your body, your mind, your emotions, your spirit, your culture, your world and your relationships!
Let’s see what February brings by asking, “What would love do?” all this month when you have a choice to make.
