Last night I was perusing the Community bucket list site at Community Bucket List of which I am a member. I was reading the progress the other members were making on their bucket list goals. It became crystal clear that I have been procrastinating.
I’ve been practicing Self-Love on a daily basis, and writing my 10 minute self-love posts consistently if not daily. I’ve been going to work, and I’ve gone to acupuncture appointments and I have gotten a much needed massage. These are all Self-Love actions.
This is the time of the year when the EDRS members and I jump into high gear to prepare for our 6th annual Eating Disorders Awareness Week conference. This is working together in collaboration for a passion in my life, which is to be a part of ending eating disorders. This is also a Self-Love action.
You probably couldn’t tell I’ve been procrastinating by looking at me from the outside, or from reading my Self-Love blogs either, but I have.
So today I commit in this 10 minute Self-Love blog to putting a book proposal out before the end of this month.
I know how much energy I get when I take action on something that has been in my internal queue.
I’ll keep you updated on my progress.
