10 expanding minutes of Self Love

I’ve already noticed that by taking 10 minutes to write these past two days, the barriers in my mind are loosening. The simplicity of committing to only 10 minutes of self-love writing manifested with me bringing Qi-Gong into my body yesterday morning.

This is something my mind has told me I don’t have time for in the morning. It has said, “You’d have to wake up too early to do it” “It takes too long” and a myriad of other thoughts that have kept me blinded to the ease with which anything can be done if I break through the barrier of my saboteur.

This morning I looked at the clock, it was 7:00 am. Before getting dressed and before writing I decided to cultivate a Qi field of love around my body and invite it in. This simple practice has me feeling better, more energetic and awake.

I’ll go to my acupuncture appointment today and continue to love and care for my body the way it needs. As my body ages its telling me that consistency, not length of time is what it needs when I’m focusing loving thoughts and actions towards it.

I’m listening body. Thanks for your messages.

Thank you to all the Love Warriors who are now writing and posting. We’re creating a collective Self-Love energy that is enabling me to bring loving behaviors into my life with more ease.

Blessings to all,
Michelle

These were similar thoughts that you told yourself about writing your book, but then you decided to wake up at 5 am to make sure you’d fit in writing for the day, and you woke up on your own, naturally, without the alarm clock 3 days in a row, and had really good book writing days. 🙂

The power of our thoughts and intentions are amazing, and I feel like that power multiplies when we voice our intentions and have the support of a group, like the writing group that we’re apart of, Writer’s Hollow, where you got the 5 am writing advice.

When we voice our needs and desires, the universe provides. We either give ourselves what we need after voicing what we need, and/or we gain support and help from others.
