July 4th 2011
Clarity came to me in my backyard this morning as I sat in the sunshine on my old battered wooden bench. Roses, aptly named “4th of July”, with red petals splashed with bursts of white, created an arch around me. Their inspiring trance inducing fragrance invited Clarity to join me.
Clarity comes when I sit quietly.
Clarity told me today that I needed to go inward and let my personal work guide me to my universal work.
How often I struggle to figure out how to make my dreams come true. One of my current dreams is to get my message of Self-Love out into the world.
How excited I was to hear back from the one and only publisher I had sent my manuscript to, saying they were interested, and could I send them more of my writing!
As it turned out, they declined to publish my book. I realized I was depending on them to take it from here. Now I need to “in-dependence” vs. depend outwardly on this publishing company.
How do I proceed? What’s the best way to get my book published, publicize my workshops, my retreats, and my private practice?
Clarity reminded me today, “You don’t have to know how your manuscript will become a book or how your message will be carried out into the world. What you do need to do is get it written down as clearly as you can, and then live your message to the best of your ability. Life’s force will take it from there.”
Clarity always gives great advice!
Do you have a desire, goal, or dream, but don’t know how you’re going to get there?
If you watch fireworks tonight, perhaps those short bright bursts of light will remind you to pay attention to those inner bursts of inspiration and direction that live inside of you. I hope you will take the time to listen to your inner wisdom and let it lead you to your dreams, and higher purpose.
Do you have an experience of depending inwardly and finding clarity? If so, will you share it with this Love Warrior Community? You can email your story to firstname.lastname@example.org.
