February is a month dedicated to love. We have Valentine’s Day, which is celebrated in elementary schools, and fostered in junior high and high schools through “telegrams” and other assorted methods. Hallmark encourages the expression of love towards another through their cards; See’s candies have special Valentine Candy packages.
This month of February I am supporting and encouraging the expression of love toward our bodies.
I will write more about this in future blogs, because I am getting ready to go to my monthly women’s circle where I have been meeting with 7 other women for three years. In my women’s circle my body is not a topic of conversation unless I bring it in, because we are all much more interested in each other’s emotions and souls.
I hope you have a place where you go with regularity where you belong, and where you are accepted as you are. What a gift it is!
I look forward to your writings on Self–Love, and or Body–Love.
