I woke up this morning and took out the recycling. As I was taking out the recycling, it made me think of how something used and taken in – can be put back into the world, how nervous energy can be turned into positive energy, how love for oneself can be turned into love for someone else.
I’m going through my routine of beginning to stress out about my upcoming presentation.
This happens every time I do a presentation. I know that it will turn out great, and yet … I still get nervous beforehand.
When I get anxious, I lose my energy and get tired.
Instead of pushing through tonight, I’m going to go to bed early.
I focused on self-love today by listening to my energy. I focused on self-love today by going outside for a while in the sunshine and walking. I did good work with my clients, and said goodbye to one today. That is always good news in my business because it means they’ve reached their goals. It’s like graduation.
I got a call from a family member this evening, and was able to pray with him, and invite God’s love throughout his body, emotions and spirit.
Self-Love fosters love of others. It’s a nice recycling of energy.
