Self–Love Day 24
Today I’m going to focus on fleshing out my presentation on Body Love for the EDRS Eating Disorders Conference this coming Feb 4th and 5th. Click here for more information.
I’m spreading the concept of cultivating body love on Saturday Feb. 5th.
As I look at my outline, I want to provide an experiential activity that will bring loving sensations into the participants’ bodies. I’m thinking of making body lotion or body cream, and giving it to each person who attends the presentation.
I experimented today with a recipe from the book ECO Beauty by Laruen Cox and Janice Cox.
After adding boiling water to borax, and melting almond oil, and Shea butter together, I blended it all up and Wala! I ended up with a body lotion that was made with love, to inspire loving touch.
I’m back at the computer now, and need to focus on my presentation. So for today, I encourage you to find ways to inspire loving touch for your body.
