Day 25 of the Self–Love Challenge
This past week I’ve been going back and forth between excited, energized, exhausted, strained, drained, overwhelmed, stress free, irritable, and ecstatic.
I have been taking on a lot relating to work, and school is starting to pick up slightly. I’m excited about everything I’m doing, but sometimes I feel like there’s not enough time to do everything. 🙂
The cool thing that I have noticed, no matter how frustrated, tired, or overwhelmed I get, I have been able to change my attitude, or listen to my body and take a nap, or go for a walk, or force myself to go to sleep – just a little bit earlier.
It may sound like something small, but for me it’s a big deal, and something to get very excited about.
I may find myself having more tired points throughout the day because I’m working myself and pushing myself harder to make deadlines, but every time my focus shifts, and every time I find myself getting irritable, or harboring negative thoughts, I can catch myself, and shift my attitude.
Although I may be tired, knowing that I can do that makes me very happy, and keeps me relatively relaxed throughout my days.
My self-love actions have been self-awareness and self-love thoughts. 🙂
