Self–Love: Day 15

Today was a good day; the sun was shining, the air smelled fresh and crisp.  I went to the chiropractor in the morning, did some errands, and then went for a walk. The pain came back as I was walking, but not enough to have to stop. I guess its two steps forward and one step back when it comes to healing. While I was walking with my daughter this morning, I was aware of how much better life seems when I’m focusing on loving myself each day, even the pain couldn’t dampen my spirits.

I had a satisfying breakfast/lunch and then worked on my book analysis.

I found the writing to go smoothly. Yesterday’s fear, comparison, perfectionism and scarcity mentality were replaced with serenity, clarity and confidence! Yesterdays’ steps backwards were transformed into a giant leap forward. I actually enjoyed writing the book analysis today. What a difference a day can make. I credit my Self-Love centered thoughts.

As the evening is progressing, I’m noticing my energy is lagging. I’m going to bed early tonight. I have a “special time” with my husband tomorrow, and want to be rested.
