Listening To My Body

Day 8 of Active Self–Love Practice

I had a productive and enjoyable work day today. I let myself sleep in when I woke up tired. I was working all day, but I got up and moved around when I needed to, and went on a nice jog/walk. I drank water when I was thirsty, and limited my intake of caffeine today.

Besides enjoying my day, and listening to my body throughout the day to give it what it needed, my self–love action for the moment will be to listen to my body further. I’m very sleepy, so I’m going to sleep early (after I post this), and will wake up early and refreshed tomorrow to continue working on a project that I’m passionate about.:)

I hope you all have a lovely evening, and an amazing and energized morning. 🙂

  1. It’s so cool that focusing on Self-Love has resulted in you sleeping in and listening to your body! This is how Self-Love works. By focusing on Self-Love, there is a natural flow towards health.
