Day 8 of Self–Love Action
I woke up this morning in a good mood. I looked at the clock; it was 7:08am. I’d gotten over 9 hours of sleep. A smile emerged on my lips as I stretched out and decided to count my blessings before getting out of bed.
#1 I have a husband that I love and that loves me. We can still get excited to see each other after 33 years of marriage.
#2 I have four grown awesome children who are all healthy.
#3 My first grandchild is due this June. I will know if I have a grandson or granddaughter on the 21st of this month!
#4 I have a roof over my head, and have created loving memories in this house.
#5 I have enough food to share when my children, family and friends when they come to visit.
#6 I am able to go for walks again, and the pain in my back and legs is decreasing.
#7 I have a loving extended family.
#8 I have supportive friends.
#9 I am blessed with a joy and appreciation for life.
#10 I bring creativity into my life through photography, painting, mask making, body sculpting, making SoulCollage® cards, and writing.
#11 I love dancing, and have a son who has D.J. Equipment, which allows our gatherings to turn into dance parties!
#12 I have a passion for my work.
#13 I love myself!
#14 I know one of my purposes in this life is to help others learn to love themselves.
