Do you remember being in Elementary School on Valentine’s Day and getting an envelope with Valentines cards from all of your classmates?
I remember reading into the cards’ messages and wondering if the boy who sent it to me was REALLY asking me to be his Valentine.
In keeping with our theme of “What would love do?” for this month, why don’t you ask yourself to be your Valentine this day? If you say “yes”, how would you show yourself that you love you?
Will you write in and let us know how you treated yourself this Valentine’s Day?
Check out the Love Warrior Community self-love tools and treat your self to a body positive video, an empowering song, a beautiful piece of artwork or some self-love, body positive inspired writing.
